MADISON, Wis. - (08/23/04)-- CUNA Mutual Group is shuffling aroundsome of its senior managers in the wake of the firing of former CEOMike Kitchen. Acting CEO Jeff Holley, who had previously served asCFO, has named Lon Sprecher as acting CFO. Sprecher was chiefofficer of the company's Credit Union Protection Solutions Groupand has held several senior leadership positions since joining CUNAMutual in 1995. Holley also announced three of the companysSolutions Group leaders will now report directly to him. Theyinclude: Marc Krasnick, SVP, who will assume Sprechersprevious position; Bob Stubbe, VP, Credit Union Employee SolutionsGroup, and Tom Merfeld, SVP, Credit Union Financial SolutionsGroup.
