MADISON, Wis.—The CUNA Operations, Sales and Service Council has released a new white paper on member outreach and engagement.
The group's latest report, called "Sink or Swim: The Rising Tide of Member Onboarding and Engagement Strategies," covers a range of tactics that credit unions can use to strengthen customer relationships.
The report includes advice for building a personalized digital experience for members, as well as getting buy-in on from executive management on customer engagement plans.
