Digital Insight Parts Ways With FormerMagnet Figure

CALABASAS, Calif. - (06/18/04) -- Digital Insight Corp. said DavidPranger, the company's senior vice president for national markets,and former chief operating officer fo Magnet Communications, agreedthis week to part ways. Under the terms of a separation and generalrelease agreement, Pranger will resign his employment with thecompany effective as of June 15, 2004. Pranger joined DI last inNovember when DI acquired Magnet, an Atlanta-based provider ofonline cash management services for about $61 million.
