CALABASAS, Calif. - (10/26/05) -- Digital Insight Corp. said Tuesdaythat net income for its third quarter soared 65% to $6.8 million,or 19 cents a share, compared to the third quarter last year, dueto a 12% growth in revenues to $53.2 million. The company reportedstrong sales and end-user adoptions, including an increase in billpayment adoption of 132,000 new bill payers during the thirdquarter. Online banking users also grew by 248,000 from the secondquarter. For the first three quarters, Digital Insight reported a12% rise in revenues to $157.3 million, and a 47% increase in netincome to $18.9 million, or 53 cents a share, compared to the firstnine months last year. The company remained debt free at the end ofthe third quarter.
