BETHLEHEM, Penn. – Edentify, one of the leaders in online security systems, has agreed to acquire Orbis Systems and ViewTrade Securities, providers of online trading platforms and related financial products.

The two companies, owned by ViewTrade Holdings, provide systems to ensure reliable, fast and secure trading of financial instruments. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Privately held Edentify provides multi-factor authentication and other online security systems.
