Empower Credit Union West Allis, Wis., has converted to Symitar Episys core processing system provided by Member Driven Technologies.

Empower CU, which has $98 million in assets and more than 5,400 members, signed an agreement to convert to the new system in June.
"We recognize the need for improved technology, not only for our membership, but also for our staff in meeting our members' needs," Jennifer Schilling, chief executive at Empower CU, said in a press release on Tuesday.
Based in Farmington Hills, Mich., Member Driven Technologies is a credit union-owned service organization that performs processing for more than 1.8 million members with combined assets of $19.6 billion in 28 states.
