Fiserv Acquires InsuranceWholesalers

BROOKFIELD, Wis. - (06/19/06) Fiserv reported Friday it hasacquired Insurance Wholesalers, Inc., a Citrus Heights, Calif.,lead generator for term and universal and credit life insurance.Brian pope, who found the company in 1991, will continue aspresident of the new wholly owned subsidiary of Fiserv. terms ofthe acquisition were not disclosed. Insurance Wholesalers willbecome part of the Distribution Solutions Division ofFiservs Insurance Group.
