BROOKFIELD, Wis. – Fiserv Chairman Donald Dillon has been taking advantage of a run-up in Fiserv shares to new highs, raising $10.6 million with the sale of 200,000 shares last Thursday at $52.77 each. Documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission show the 66-year-old chairman of the Fiserv board has raised almost $50 million with the sale of one million Fiserv shares since the first of the year. Dillon still holds more than 3.4 million Fiserv shares valued at about $180 million.
