LAKE MARY, Fla. – CFE FCU, the one-time Central Florida Educators credit union, said this morning it signed with Fiserv to implement the company’s Acumen core processing solution.
The $1.4 billion credit union also selected Fiserv’s WireXchange for wire funds processing, Prologue Financial Accounting Services, Nautilus for document imaging and Next Multi-Channel Marketing to manage targeted product offers and service messages.
"Technology in the financial services industry is changing rapidly. We sought a solution that would be robust enough to meet our needs today, yet flexible enough to adapt to the future needs and service demands of our members," said Joseph Melbourne, president of CFE.
CFE is the latest credit union giant to sign for Acumen in the past three months, joining Travis CU, Northrop Grumman FCU, Suncoast Schools FCU and Navigant CU.
