TAMPA, Fla. – Florida’s biggest credit union, Suncoast Schools FCU, said this afternoon it signed with Fiserv to convert its data processing to the company’s Acumen system, the second big credit union win for Fiserv in as many weeks.
The $5 billion credit union has selected the Acumen account processing solution with in-house delivery. Suncoast also selected Teller Source Capture, Output Solutions, and Next Multi-Channel Marketing from Fiserv.
"We chose Fiserv for its leadership in the market, and its commitment to the digital transformation of financial services,” said Kevin Johnson, senior vice president and chief executive officer, for the credit union giant.
Acumen is available via service bureau, in-house delivery or resource management.
The deal follows Fiserv's recent signing of $1.2 billion Navigant CU, Rhode Island's biggest credit union, for Acumen.
