FISI-Madison Financial has changed its name to Progeny Marketing Innovations.
The company, which provides marketing strategies, products and services to more than 6,500 financial institutions, is making the name change at the same time it is rolling out a comprehensive new branding campaign that will use the positioning statement, "Vision. Value. Results."
The company, which was formed in 1971 as Financial Institutions Services (FISI), merged with Madison Financial in 1986, and is now a unit of Cendant Corp., said it touches approximately 180 million American consumers each year through its various products and services.
The new name was selected because it represents a new generation with a "more contemporary image of robust growth for tomorrow."
"Our mission is to help clients strengthen relationships with their customers and thereby build top line revenues," said Dan Tarantin, CEO of Progeny marketing Innovations. "For the past 30 years, the majority of our clients have been financial institutions. The new name.coupled with our increased client focus and leveraging of Cendant's brands, is helping us to expand our products and services to existing clients. This is also assisting us in attracting clients representing other industries."
In addition to relationship banking strategies and programs, Progeny Marketing Innovations is one of the largest direct mail marketers of accident and life insurance products and services.
