ALPHARETTA, Ga. – Financial Management Solutions, Inc. yesterday rolled out its Lobby Tracking System on the Apple iPad.
The company said the new system allows members to self check-in for lobby services – replacing tired paper sign-ins and reducing the requirements for branch staff to collect and confirm information when facing members. The system allows credit union members entering the branch to join the line electronically so they get to the right person faster to address their needs for loans, investments or other products.
Availability of the system on the iPad reduces cost for installation by 80%, occupies a smaller footprint and provides a familiar user interface, the company said.
