Four CUs Sign Intuvo For Automated Marketing Platform

SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif. — Intuvo, a division of CU Direct that provides marketing automation software to the credit union industry, announced that it has entered into new partnership agreements with four credit unions.

Under terms of the agreement, the four credit unions will implement Intuvo's new consumer-automated marketing platform to "increase loan volume and member satisfaction."

The four credit unions are: Redwood Credit Union, Santa Rosa, Calif.; $2.6 billion in assets; Xceed Federal Credit Union, El Segundo, Calif.; $933.2 million; Financial Partners Credit Union, Downey, Calif.; $822.1 million; and Kauai Community Federal Credit Union, Lihue, Hawaii; $394.6 million.

Intuvo said it provides CUs a direct integration to their consumer loan origination systems and indirect lending platforms, along with marketing communications, triggers and professional support, which helps facilitate onboarding, cross selling and targeting new members.

"The Intuvo Consumer Loan Application communication program is a game-changer: clear and consistent communication is the key to funding consumer loan applications and the Intuvo system ensures that communication is taking place at the critical points where it is needed," said Nader Moghaddam, president and CEO of Financial Partners CU. "Additionally, the Intuvo communications ensure our members are aware of all of our ancillary products and cross-approved offers."
