Golf Tournament To Raise $215,000 ForCharity

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - (09/01/04) -- A golf tournament to be hosted Sept.2 here by Chartway FCU to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation hasraised a whopping $215,000, making it the largest contributor tothe local chapter. The tournament, to be held at the TournamentPlayers Club in Virginia Beach, will include a number of celebrityattendees, including Joanna Cassidy from HBO's Six Feet Under,Singer/Actress Susan Anton, Survivor All-Star Rudy Boesch andWashington Redskins' Charley Taylor, Pat Fischer, Mark Moseley,Jimmie Jones, and Mike Bragg.
