LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – Gwinnett FCU awarded 29 career advancement and student scholarships worth a total of $64,000.
The grants included 14 Career Advancement Scholarships worth $2,000 each; nine Student Scholarships for $2,500 each; six School Systems Honorees for $2,500; and, three School Systems Honorees for $1,000.
“We have a history of supporting education in our market and considering the current economic times, it is more important than ever that the business community support our extraordinary education systems,” stated Marshall Boutwell, president of Gwinnett Fed.
