HONOLULU - (12/06/05) -- Hawaii Community FCU said Monday ithas added Financial Service Centers Cooperative's 24/7 custom callcenter service for members. The $280 million credit union plans touse the Custom Call Center Outlet as a supplement to its own callcenter for overflow and after-hours calls. The 24/7 Custom CallCenter services, managed by Digital Dialogue, includes the creditunion's own dedicated toll-free number, credit union greeting,specific member verification procedures.
