IU CU to Award $32,000 in Scholarships

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – In one of the largest credit union scholarship programs, IU CU said it will grant $32,000 in scholarships for the 2009-2009 school year, including the annual $20,000 to returning students at Indiana University or Ivy Tech Community College after a break in their education of two or more consecutive years.

The $500 million credit union also will award $10,000 in scholarships to graduating students at local high schools, and another $2,000 to a graduate from one of the schools not delineated.
