Jack Henry Inks Check 21 Pact WithNACHA

MONETT, Mo. - (07/30/04) – Jack Henry & Associatessaid Thursday it has signed an agreement to act as nationalconsolidator of checks and images for the National ClearinghouseAssociation. Under the deal, Jack Henry will provide Check 21needs, including new products and a Check 21 exchange service,which will connect the company credit union and bank clients toEndpoint Exchange, the national check clearing operation now ownedby Metavante. Jack Henry will provide its Cash Letter (21CL)software module to interface and communicate images with thefledgling national check exchange.
