WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Readers of the Credit Union Journal are encouraged to
go to http://www.compliancescore.com/sestusstudy.asp and participate in a study on Multi-Factor Authentication.
The study is being conducted by Sestus Data Co., Avondale, Ariz., "This study shall report on any change in support requirements at U.S. credit unions resulting from the adoption of multi-factor authentication products or services," the company said.
It seeks to determine the type of MFA implemented, and assess any change in the overall support requirements experienced by the credit union since the introduction of their MFA product or service. Respondents will remain anonymous, do not need to identify themselves, and will not be contacted by the study sponsors.
