Liberty Enterprises is acquiring MyDAS Marketing. The Boulder City, Nev.-based MyDAS will operate as an independent business unit with the expanded resources afforded by Liberty, according to MyDAS President Sue Mitchell.
The companies have been working together since March of 2003 offering educational and research services to credit unions nationwide. Liberty CEO Stan Hollen noted that while he was CEO at The Golden 1 CU, Sacramento, Calif., he was a MyDAS client.
"When I was a credit union CEO and a customer of MyDAS, I was always appreciative of MyDAS' vision for building value within the credit union movement, demonstrated by their development of staff and member educational tools, research products and marketing services," Hollen said.
