AMARILLO, Texas - (07/10/06) -- As many as 1,000 members of AccessCU may notice a mix-up in their June statements from the creditunion. As many as 10% of the credit union's 10,000 members receivedstatements that had two accounts mixed together; with accountnumbers, addresses and transaction reports mixed together. Themistake was apparently caused by a snafu at the credit union'sthird-party printer. The credit union is in the process of mailingcorrected statements-with an apology to the affected members. Thecredit union has offered to change the account numbers of affectedmembers and will pay all of the related costs.
