SAN JOSE, Calif. - (08/12/04) -- Technology CU said it has agreed tosell its credit card portfolio to MBNA, the world's largest creditcard bank. The deal includes $35 million in card receivables. Thecredit union will continue to be an agent for MBNA and its namewill appear on the cards. Financial terms of the deal were notdisclosed.
