MIDDLETOWN, Ohio MidUSA CU has signed with eDOC Innovations to implement the company’s DOCLogic core image processing suite, including CheckLogic for branch check image capture processing.
“We are looking forward to implementing our new e-document strategy with eDOC and the integration with our new core data processor, CU*Answers,” said Jim Miles, president of the $190-million credit union. “eDOC solutions will provide us overall efficiencies for staff by automating our document workflows. In addition, we will be able to provide our members the ability to sign documents from their computers, tablets or smart phones with eDOCSignature, and access their documents via 2020eDOC, our member document portal.”
MidUSA CU plans to go live with its new electronic workflow in March of 2013.
The DOCLogic suite is eDOC’s in-house solution for image capture, automation and management. eDOC also offers idocVAULT, a cloud based solution for core image processing.
