JACKSON, Texas - (03/29/05)Approximately 600 letters havebeen sent to members of Midwest United FCU following a "phishing"scam attack on the PULSE network last week. The credit union saidit was seeking to be "proactive" in informing members of the fraud,in which an imitation website is created to fool members intorevealing financial information. The credit union reported that nomembers have been scammed to date.
