Fiserv reports three more credit unions have selected the firm to provide specialized core processing systems.
In September, $6 billion-asset Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union in Live Oak, Texas, and $1.5 billion-asset Navigant Credit Union in Smithfield, R.I., converted to Fiserv's DNA platform.
The account-processing platform is designed to streamline CU's operations and improve the management of relationships between people, businesses and accounts, Fiserv said. During the implementation period Fiserv assists credit union teams to transfer data, set up application interfaces and build the new architecture. RBFCU is using DNA as an in-house account processing platform, while Navigant Credit Union has deployed the platform as an ASP solution through a Fiserv data center.
"The advanced technology of DNA can scale with our growth plans while providing the flexibility and member-centricity we need to quickly roll out relevant, new products," said Mary O'Rourke, SVP/CIO of RBFCU, which has more than 475,000 members. The CU also has access to other Fiserv solutions, including CRM and Business Intelligence for DNA, tMagic for DNA, WireXchange, and Prologue General Ledger and Statement Advantage. As part of the conversion, RBFCU integrated its NetBranch Online for online banking and mobile applications with DNA.
Similarly, Navigant Credit Union has also implemented Nautilus, WireXchange, Prologue, General Ledger, Fiserv Item Processing, and Voice Response for DNA.
The $650 million-asset Farmers Insurance Group Federal Credit Union in Los Angeles also selected DNA along with various complementary Fiserv solutions, which will benefit its more than 45,000 members.
According to Fiserv, 14 credit unions have successfully converted to its DNA platform and another 18 new clients have signed up so far this year.
