NCUA said in a press release Friday that it has barred three former credit union employees from working at a federally insured financial institution.
Reginald Clark, who previously worked at Hoya FCU in Washington, D.C. was ordered to pay a civil money penalty of $15,000, after being found in violation of his fiduciary duty.
The NCUA also issued a prohibition order against Jennelle Curtis, a former employee of Pinal County FCU. Curtis pleaded guilty to embezzlement, and was sentenced to one year in prison and five years of supervised release. She was also ordered to pay $555,571 in restitution.
Additionally, the agency said that Kendra Jill Moore, who previously worked for Partners 1st Federal CU in Fort Wayne, Ind., agreed to a prohibition order to avoid the expense of litigation.
