SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Notre Dame FCU has signed with SkillSurvey to implement the company’s Pre-Hire 360 employee candidate tool.
Pre-Hire 360 gathers feedback from references on job candidates electronically to improve hiring efficiency and recruiting effectiveness.
The credit union has begun using the reports within Pre-Hire 360 to evaluate candidates after the screening interview—but before the interview with the hiring manager—for all of its job openings. It is also using the passive candidate database, a database of references participating in the Pre-Hire 360 survey process who would like to be kept informed of future job openings at the credit union itself.
