ROCKY HILL, Conn. – Nutmeg State FCU said it has launched mobile deposit capability by Ensenta over its MShift mobile banking platform.
Ensenta said its mobile deposit service is integrated into MShift Mobile Banking Apps through a single sign-on, and allows users the convenience of making a secure deposit by taking a picture of the check with their smart phone or tablet.
“We are happy to offer our members the ability to deposit their checks via a smart phone,” said John Holt, president of the $350-million credit union. “This venue offers us the opportunity to save our members time and attract Gen Y.”
The Ensenta remote deposit suite includes Agile Risk Management, which the company said enables financial institutions to mitigate risk in real time across all points of deposit capture.
