On Deadline: ATM ISO Hires Investment Bank

Global Axcess Corp., the operator of 5,000 ATM in 42 states, has hired investment bank Raymond James to assist with plans to explore strategic alternatives, including joint ventures, mergers or a potential sale of the independent service operator.

Although the Company has received expressions of interest, no party has made an offer at this time.

Global Axcess is the parent of Nationwide Money Services, which provides co-branded ATMs to 80 credit unions and community banks across the country. The company reported a loss of $700,000 for its fiscal 2005.
