Lending Solutions Inc. has introduced a new feature that will allow credit union members to communicate freely throughout the lending process.
WebClose allows credit union members to engage a Lending Solutions representative in a discussion over rates, payments and terms during the loan application process.
It also allows Lending Solutions' staffers to cross-sell related loan products and credit insurance over the Internet. TopLine FCU, Maple Grove, Minn., is one of the first credit unions to implement the new communication system.
