Open Solutions Unveils New CRMProduct

GLASTONBURY, Ct. - (04/19/05) -- Open Solutions Inc. said Monday ithas rolled-out a new relationship management product that willprovide credit unions' and banks' frontline and call centeremployees with browser-based access to customer relationshipmanagement functionality, business process management tools andtransactional capabilities from a single workstation. The product,called Interaction Management Center, will combine informationfunctionality and transactional capabilities usually found indisparate operating system applications, helping employees betterperform daily tasks, provide higher levels of service and expandmember relationships.
