SANTA ANA, Calif. -- OCTFCU, formerly known as Orange County Teachers FCU, said it plans to open three new branches in San Bernardino County in October, in San Bernardino, Redlands and Rancho Cucamonga. The $6 billion credit union, which converted last year to a TIP Charter serving anyone in the educational industry in central California, was chosen recently as a third-party administrator of retirement plans for most of the school districts in San Bernardino County. The credit union currently operates 20 branches and serves more than 340,000 members.
