HARRISBURG, Penn. – Pennsylvania State Employees CU and Vertifi Software today launched two new mobile banking applications for the tablet devices the Kindle Fire and the Android.
The apps are optimized for the larger screen size of both the Kindle Fire by Amazon and the Android tablets, and enable PSECU members to view account balances and transactional history, transfer funds, schedule bill payments, find the nearest surcharge-free ATM, and perform mobile remote deposit capture on devices equipped with a camera.
With this release, PSECU Mobile Banking apps are now available for the Kindle Fire; as well as Android phones and tablets; and Apple’s iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
“The Vertifi team collaborated with PSECU to quickly and efficiently develop superior apps, and we are pleased to be one of the first credit unions in the nation to be represented on the Amazon Appstore,” said Christopher Owens, mobile product manager for the $3 billion credit union.
Vertifi is a wholly owned software development CUSO of EasCorp FCU.
