CARMEL, Ind.-Allied Solutions, a leading provider of financial products to credit unions, announced today plans to acquire San Francisco-based Program Marketing, Inc. Program Marketing has been operating for more than 22 years, focused primarily on credit union clients in Northern California, Oregon, Washington and Nevada, currently providing financial services to almost 100 credit union clients.
Allied Solutions (through its predecessor companies Eldredge Corporations and FLS Services, Inc.) and Program Marketing have worked cooperatively since 1979. As part of the transaction, the principals of Program Marketing, Mike Ryan and Parki Hoeschler, will become partners in Allied Solutions, LLC and serve on the Executive Advisory Committee.

CSCU Offering Trip To Olympics
CLEARWATER, Fla.-Card Services for Credit Unions (CSCU) said that in conjunction with VISA, in December it will award a member credit union a trip to the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City.
The incentive package, donated by VISA, will be awarded to the CSCU member credit union that has demonstrated the strongest VISA growth in volume and accounts during 2001 in overall growth and increase in credit and check card accounts.

Fiserv Overhauls Business Units
LAKE MARY, Fla.-Fiserv, Inc. has created a new business unit that it says is targeted toward meeting the complete origination software needs of mortgage, consumer, and commercial lenders. The new organization, known as Fiserv Lending Solutions, unites Fiserv's loan-origination business units, the easyLENDER Products Group and the UniFi Products organization, into a single entity.
