MortgageClick To Be Spun Off

WOBURN, Mass.-Members Mortgage Co., a provider of residential mortgages and mortgage services to credit unions is spinning off MortgageClick, Members' in-house, on-line loan origination system, as a separate company with a separate management team. Members Mortgage said the mission of the new entity is to "put this advanced technology in the hands of every credit union that wants to use it." Powered by the Prime Alliance Solution, the technology combines Desktop Underwriter-Fannie Mae's computerized loan approval system-with a web-based mortgage processing technology platform developed by Dexma, to create a loan application and approval system. MortgageClick will not originate loans or sell them. Credit unions will pay $60 for each transaction processed with the Prime Alliance technology, with no requirement that they sell their loans to Members Mortgage or to anyone else.

Decade Partners With Ellie Mae

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.- Decade Systems Corp., an integration and business connectivity solutions provider in the mortgage industry, has entered into a partnership with Ellie Mae, Inc., the leading provider of desktop and Web-enabled productivity technology for the mortgage industry.

The new alliance designates Decade as Ellie Mae's preferred integration provider and a reseller of Ellie Mae's ClickLoan technology. As the preferred integration provider, Decade said it will provide integration solutions to Ellie Mae's clients that desire to seamlessly integrate Ellie Mae's Encompass and ePASS to disparate mortgage technology systems, such as loan origination, core banking, secondary marketing and servicing systems.
