Cavion Plus, DigitalMailer Partner
HERNDON, Va.-Cavion Plus has entered into an agreement with DigitalMailer, Inc.'s e-LERT service that allows members to specify when and why they want to receive e-mail alerts from their credit union. Members choose which types of e-mail notifications they wish to receive from "tell me when" categories selected by their credit union. For example, members might opt to receive messages about a decrease in vehicle loan rates or a special offer promising higher CD rates.

Program Credited For Income
WESBURY, N.Y.-The $918-million Nassau Educators FCU said it has seen a significant improvement in service and fee income since implementing BSG Financial's OverdraftHonor program in late 2003. "The consumer-centric program takes a...'Responsible Approach,' to member contact and management, and as such, is completely compliant with federal guidances," the company reported. It said it has increased non-fee income by 100% since May 2004 and saved approximately 14% of time in processing returned checks.
