ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – PSCU Financial Services has introduced a new CUCollect-Core credit card collections service that provides automated calling during extended hours to help credit unions increase collections rates.

This service extends staff productivity and efficiency by making up to three calls a day from 8 am to 9 pm. Professional operators take all inbound calls, obtain urgency payments over the phone and document account updates. The service makes 10,000 calls per hour, and can touch cardholders up to 20 times per month. It offers a 70% right-party-connect ratio.

PSCU’s comprehensive CUCollect service offers skip tracing and monthly analysis reports in addition to inbound/outbound calling for credit card accounts. This service’s impressive 10-year track record includes successful conversion of more than 50% of delinquent accounts to a current account. It makes 500,000 calls to credit union cardholders monthly.
