HOUSTON - (09/27/05) - PULSE EFT Association, which fled thecity as Hurricane Rita approached last week, said it has returnedto its main processing center here. The electronic funds transfernetwork had relocated to its Dallas processing center lastThursday, as Rita made its way to the Texas coast. The company,which provides electronic funds services to more than 1,500 creditunions, said operations were running normally Monday.
