Robber Can’t Wait To SpendLoot

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - (01/12/06) – A man who held up Navy Army FCUTuesday afternoon was caught a short time later trying to spendsome of his ill-gotten gains at the Family Thrift Center rightbehind the credit union. The police interrupted the suspect’sshopping spree and arrested him. The man entered the credit unionaround 2:45 in the afternoon and handed the teller a note claiminghe had a bomb and to hand over money. The money was recovered, butno bomb was found, police said.
