Robber Gone In 60 Seconds

CONTRA COSTA, Calif. - (09/07/05) -- Police are hunting a man who robbedAlameda CU here Friday afternoon in less tan a minute. The bandithanded the teller a note hen placed his hands in his pocket as ifhe had a gun, then was gone in about 40 seconds, police said.Minutes before the robbery, the man is believed to have gone to thenearby Alberstons to get a bag to carry away the stolen cash. Thesuspect is believed to be the same one who robbed another branch ofthe same credit union two weeks ago.
