Darlyne Keller has been appointed the new president and CEO of Loves Park, Ill.-based Rock Valley Credit Union, effective April 17.
Keller comes to $110 million-asset Rock Valley from Simplicity Credit Union, a $242 million-asset institution based in Marshfield, Wis., where she served as chief administration officer.

Keller has more than 25 years of bank, credit union, and real estate experience, as well as seven years of senior management and business ownership experience. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Upper Iowa University and is currently enrolled in the MBA program at University of Texas Permian Basin in Odessa.

Lori Perkins, vice president marketing and business development at Rock Valley CU, told Credit Union Journal by email that between Rosek’s departure and Keller’s appointment, Tanya Peterson, executive vice president of operations, had served as interim CEO at Rock Valley CU.
Rock Valley CU posted net income of about $351,000 in 2017, down slightly from $363,000 in the prior year.
