San Antonio FCU Implements New IndirectLoan Platform

SAN ANTONIO - (06/02/05) -- San Antonio FCU, operator of theleading credit union indirect loan program, said it has installed athe Curomax point-of-sale lending platform, known asmycreditshop.com. The new platform provides the $2 billion creditunion with an electronic application to deliver an on-line retailPSO solution to subscribing retailers, allowing them to completeon-the-spot transactions. The platform allows a member to visit acar dealer or merchant and fill out a loan application that iselectronically submitted to the credit union's loan originationsystem for an automatic credit decision. San Antonio FCU has helpeddevelop indirect loan programs for more than 10 area credit unionsand has an indirect portfolio of more than $100 million. Curomax isbased in Mississagua, Ontario.
