SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio FCU has deployed Wescom Resources Group’s MemberEdge Mobile Banking solution, with Vertifi Software’s DeposZip mobile remote deposit capture solution.
The mobile solution, branded as GO from SACU, allows members to access their accounts anywhere and anytime with many enhanced functions, including the ability to pay bills, transfer money and deposit checks using the embedded camera on the smart phone, the credit union said. The check deposit feature, GoDeposit, is powered by Vertifi’s DeposZip Mobile service.
The initial phase of SACU’s deployment with WRG includes native iPhone, iPad and Android powered phones and tablet applications, SMS texting and a WAP browser.
“We are proud to announce the launch of GO, the newest member of the SACU team,” said Zandy Reinshagen, e-services director for the $3-billion credit union. “GO makes it easier for our members to transact their financial business at the time and place of their choosing. Our strategy was to provide mobile services that would meet our members’ mobile banking needs, no matter what device they prefer. Our GO solution does just that.”
