SEATTLE – Seattle Metropolitan CU said yesterday it has chosen Open Solutions Inc.’s The Complete Credit Union Solution DNA, a core data processing platform using .NET technology.

The $500 million credit union will use the new processing system to serve its expanded field of membership, which now covers the entire state of Washington.
In addition to The Complete Credit Union Solution, Seattle Metropolitan will also implement Open Solutions’ StreamLend Velocity, cView ReportWizard, Financial Accounting Suite and the Workload Automation Suite provided by alliance partner UC4 (formerly AppWorx).
Open Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of private equity fund The Carlyle Group.
