Security Service FCU Adds CIBER’s CRM Solution

SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Security Service FCU has signed with CIBER to implement the company’s Microsoft Dynamics customer relationship management solution for its 850,000 members.

The contract will span multiple phases, starting with the CRM implementation for systems used by service center personnel. This will include automation of common customer requests, as well as business process redesign to optimize new system functionality.

Going forward, call center representatives will use the same system used by service center personnel. The change will simplify employee training, reduce opportunities for error, cut costs and expedite member care.

After the initial implementation, CIBER will address upgrades for the $6.5 billion credit union's member service centers and branch offices. The project calls for consolidation of functions now handled in several different financial services applications into one user interface.

CIBER is based in Greenwood Village, Colo.
