PORTSMOUTH, N.H. -- Service CU has launched a new point of purchase delivery channel for online shopping that will introduce visitors to products and services in a virtual environment.
The credit union’s “virtual branch,” called SCUdirect, features a robust search engine so visitors can learn more about the $2 billion credit union and its offerings without visiting a branch or picking up the telephone. The site is visitor friendly and features online-only specials that are showcased on videos.
There is also a link to LiveChat24, where Service members can chat with the credit union's Contact Center 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Links are also available for Facebook, Twitter, RSS feeds and mobile apps from the homepage of the Virtual Branch.
