WARREN, Ohio – Seven Seventeen CU said it has agreed to lend almost $2.6 million to a $5.15 million Hotel Inn Express project at the Interstate 80 exchange in nearby Liberty.
The project has received Mahoning Valley Economic Development Corp. support for a U.S. SBA 504 loan.
The credit union will lend $2.57 million, while the SBA portion will be $1.54 million and the project’s developer will provide almost $1.03 million in equity.
The top five banks and thrifts have combined total assets of nearly $13 trillion.
A new Citizens Bank survey suggests rising check-fraud incidents are driving middle-market companies to accelerate plans to fully adopt digital payments.
