MONETT, Mo. — Jack Henry & Associates Inc. announced that F.C.I. Federal Credit Union has selected and converted to its CruiseNetcore processing system.
CruiseNetis provided by Jack Henry's Symitar division. Symitar has more than 800 credit union clients.
Littleton, Colo.-based F.C.I. has just $5 million in assets. The CU said it will implement CruiseNet through JHA OutLink Processing Services, Symitar's outsourced offering.
F.C.I. FCU executives estimate CruiseNet will save them an average of 20 hours per month by automating manual processes. The CU said these added efficiencies will allow employees to spend more time with members.
According to Symitar, CruiseNet is built on .NET architecture, which enables more intuitive use, improved operating efficiency, and flexibility. Its features include integrated loan collections, relationship pricing, risk-based lending and loan decisioning, accounts payable, fixed asset accounting, and customized workflows for new members, new accounts and new loans.
By outsourcing CruiseNet through JHA OPS, the company said F.C.I. can continue to meet evolving technology requirements with minimal impact on IT resources.
