ST. LOUIS, Mo. - (07/30/04) -- First Community CU, which has grownto more than $1 billion in assets, said it is building a newheadquarters and branch in nearby Chesterfield Valley. The 70,000square-foot project is expected to cost as much as $9 million tocomplete and scheduled for completion in January 2006. It willinclude 40,000 square feet of corporate headquarters space and a5,400 square-foot retail branch. The project is being built byBrinkmann Constructors.
