TAMPA, Fla. – Suncoast Schools FCU granted $1,000 scholarships to 14 high school graduates through its partnership with The Foundation for Lee County Public Schools.

Each year the credit union offers scholarships to one graduating senior from each high school in the county through the foundation through its Suncoast for Kids Foundation. The recipients are picked by the principals of the schools.
Since 2005, the credit union’s non-profit foundation has awarded a total of $562,950 scholarships to 543 students.
